These terms apply to your use of this website. The terms of any inspection or testing work are agreed separately with you at the time of booking, and those booking terms govern the service itself.

Information on this site is general

The descriptions of home inspection, mould testing, radon testing, air quality testing and ERMI/allergen testing on this site are general explanations of what those services involve. They are not advice about a specific property, and nothing here is a statement about the condition of any particular home.

Only an inspection or test carried out on a property, and the report issued for it, speaks to that property. Where anything on this site differs from your report, the report applies.

Booking a service

Submitting the quote request form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists once we have confirmed a date with you directly. Scope, fees and any cancellation arrangements are set out when the booking is confirmed.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep this site available and its content accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Links to other sites

Where this site links to a third party, we are not responsible for that site's content or its privacy practices.
